Blast Protection Leggings – Variants-CIT Edition

A Variants-CIT port of the Blast Protection Leggings Icons. Displays a custom icon and a custom armor texture on the player model for diamond and netherite leggings enchanted with Blast Protection — this time built through the Variants-CIT format instead of classic vanilla item predicates.

⚠️ Requirement

This pack requires the Fabric mod Variants-CIT (client-side). Without the mod, the alternate textures will not show up, since this pack no longer ships its own vanilla models/predicates and relies entirely on Variants-CIT modules instead.

✨ Why this version?

The original pack by ArshuGamingHy works reliably on plain vanilla Minecraft, but does not support Variants-CIT. This port keeps the concept and textures, but builds the assignment entirely through Variants-CIT modules (variants-cit/modules/blast_protection/…), including:

• Custom item icon in the inventory/hotbar for diamond and netherite leggings with Blast Protection
• Custom armor/equipment texture on the player model (new humanoid_leggings equipment layer system)
• Clean, modular structure that's easy to extend to more armor pieces or enchantments

📦 Installation

1. Install Variants-CIT for Fabric
2. Download this resource pack and place it in .minecraft/resourcepacks
3. Enable it in-game under Options → Resource Packs
