Explosive's Better Saturation & Hunger Effect Icons

This rather small resource pack changes the Saturation and Hunger effects icon to match logic more.

Saturation has an arrow that is pointing does by default. This resource pack makes the arrow be at up-right corner(instead of down-left corner.) and makes the arrow point upwards.

Hunger doesnt have an arrow by default, so this resourcepack makes it so it has a down-pointing arrow in the down-left corner.
