Better Ghast Harness
When I first saw the Happy Ghast harness, I immediately hated it. So to make it look more like a vanilla item and less like something from the Marketplace, I overhauled it!

Compatible with resource packs that change the happy ghast and regular ghast.
NOT compatible with resource packs that change the ghastling.
