Better Ghast Harness DEFAULT

This version restores the regular ghasts back to their DEFAULT (1.14 texture update) look and the happy ghast matches. The harness is the current UPSCALED texture.

Not compatible with resource packs that change the ghast, happy ghast, or ghastling

- Includes the blue ghastling
