Bare Bones - 3D Tools

This version adds the mace, as well as changes to the crossbow.

I have also implemented a few enchantment specific models, which I may be adding more of in the future.

• The mace will have animated breeze effects around it when enchanted with wind burst.
• The crossbow now also has 3-arrow variants when charged with multishot.

The enchantment outlines addon has also been updated with outlines for the mace and the crossbow.
