Bare Bones - 3D Tools

This version changes how tools are displayed when "Fixed." As far as i know this is mainly for the item frame, where they will now appear 3D.

I made this change to make this pack compatible with the Tools On My Back mod.

If you are using the enchantment outlines addon, you need to update it as well.
