This is just a hotfix / 1.21.11 port update

Since some models weren't working on 1.21.11

Fixes

• Fixed filled end portal frame not working
• Temporairly removed HMI support files to make the pack work with HMI, at the cost of removing support for certain niche features. This is only a temporary fix which will be properly fixed in the next full release

This is a 1.21.5 and below bug-fix update

• Fixed a bug where the pack wouldn't load at all on certain versions
