720p Controller Icons for Legacy 4J

This adds support for NicSonic's Stadia Edition Tooltips for 720p for Legacy4J versions 1.7.10.2502.2 and above.

This update mainly fixes the bumpers and triggers

• Changes Nintendo Switch Tooltips to the Nintendo Switch Edition (Handheld)

This is the initial release of 720p Controller Icons for Legacy 4J. This resource pack changes the 1080p buttons to 720p for displays that only go up to 720p.
