3D Vanilla

This resource pack adds subtle 3D models to a variety of Minecraft blocks, enhancing their depth and detail while keeping the classic vanilla style intact. It’s designed to be vanilla-friendly, so your game still feels like Minecraft—just with a more immersive look.

Download this pack if you:

• Enjoy the vanilla aesthetic but want extra visual polish.
• Prefer packs that improve immersion without alienating the game.

The goal of this pack is to give players a better everyday Minecraft experience—everything looks a little more alive, but nothing feels out of place. It works seamlessly and it’s great for both builders and adventurers.

Critical info before downloading:

1. Compatible with the latest version of Minecraft [1.21.8].
2. No unzipping needed.
3. Fully functional without Optifine, but will also work alongside it.
4. An optional showcase world is included (download here and extract the .zip into your saves folder), so you can quickly explore all the enhanced blocks in one place.
5. If you notice performance issues, try removing vine and grass models (or any model you think causes lag):

• Unzip the pack (.zip file) into a 3D Vanilla folder in side your resourcepacks folder

• Go to 3D Vanilla/assets/minecraft/models

• Rename the models vine.json, short_grass.json instead of deleting them so you can add them back if you change your mind. (eg. vine.json -> vine1.json)

• Go back in game and use the new pack
