1.21.5 Block Backport

One of the servers I play on will take a bit to update to 1.21.5, but since I wanted the new stuff already, I decided to fix this myself.

This pack randomly replaces Short Grass, Dead Bushes and Blue Orchids with Bushes, both Dry grass variants and the Firefly Bush*. the Cactus has a chance to have the Cactus Flower* on its top.

I won't add Wildflowers or Leaf Litter.

*Does not support custom models, as it's modified in some sort and not the exact one from 1.21.5
