Bridge Addon Changes

• Signed chat cancel - New TYPE_CANCEL_CHAT handler cancels chat at LOWEST priority via AsyncPlayerChatEvent
• Proxy-initiated handshake - Bridge responds to PING from proxy with PONG (old self-initiated PING removed)
• Reduced throttle - Activity throttle 30s -> 10s, idle threshold 5s -> 3s
• Cleanup on quit - pendingChatCancel set cleaned on player quit
