Vivecraft Spigot Extension

• fix only half of the VR player metadata being accessible
• make roomscale shield projectile blocking more consistent
• climbey climb/jump now cause food exhaustion (can be disabled in settings)
• add setting for teleports to cause food exhaustion (disabled by default)
