Vivecraft Spigot Extension

• add support for PlaceholderAPI, a players VR mode can be shown with the vivecraft_mode placeholder
  • replacement strings for that can be changed in the config file with the messages.papi.mode settings

• fix only half of the VR player metadata being accessible
• make roomscale shield projectile blocking more consistent
• climbey climb/jump now cause food exhaustion (can be disabled in settings)
