Velocity Alert

Velocity Alert 1.8

• Java 21 is now required to use this plugin.
• Supports Velocity 3.5.0-SNAPSHOT (It still supports older Velocity versions (like 3.4), but it is recommended to use the latest one)

If you cannot upgrade to Java 21, Alert 1.7 can still be used because this version and the newest one do not have any new features.

Updated the plugin from Java 11 to Java 17.

(Version 1.0 - 1.3 was made internal only; 1.4 is the starting public version)
