📖 What is VC_WorldArena?

VC_WorldArena is a companion plugin for ValoCraft that handles everything related to arena worlds.
It automatically downloads, extracts, and loads pre-built Valorant map replicas as Minecraft worlds — ready to be used as arenas in your tactical matches.

No more copying folders, no manual world loading, no configuration headaches.
Just type one command and your map is live.

🗺️ Available Maps

Six iconic Valorant maps are available out of the box, hosted and ready to download:

⚡ Quick Start

# 1 — See all available maps
/vcw templates

# 2 — Download and load a map (async, progress shown in real time)
/vcw create my_haven haven

# 3 — Teleport into the world to set up spawns
/vcw tp my_haven

# 4 — Link to a ValoCraft arena
/vcw link my_haven haven_arena

That's it. Your map is downloaded, extracted, and registered as a Bukkit world in seconds.

🛠️ Commands

/vcw tp <name>	Teleport into a world (auto-loads if needed)
/vcw link <world> <arena>	Link a world to a ValoCraft arena
/vcw load <name>	Load a previously created world
/vcw unload <name>	Unload a world (keeps the folder)
/vcw delete <name> confirm	Permanently delete a world
/vcw info <name>	Detailed info — template, size, players, linked arena
/vcw cache clear	Clear cached ZIP files to free disk space

🔒 World Protection

Arena worlds are automatically protected:

• ❌ Block breaking and placing are disabled for non-admins
• 🛡️ Fall damage, fire damage, and void damage are cancelled outside of matches
• 💤 No mob spawning, no weather cycle, no daylight cycle
• 💾 Auto-save is disabled — worlds stay clean between sessions

📦 How Downloads Work

When you run /vcw create, the plugin:

1. Downloads the map ZIP from ommo.me in an async thread — the server never lags
2. Shows real-time progress in your action bar (Downloading... 234 / 890 KB)
3. Extracts the ZIP directly into your server's world container folder
4. Flattens the folder structure automatically (no nested folders)
5. Cleans up uid.dat and session.lock for a fresh world
6. Loads the world on the main thread and teleports you in

Downloaded ZIPs are cached — if you recreate a world from the same template, no re-download is needed.
