Stop-map-rotation
A very simple, yet useful plugin for making players unable to rotate item frames, to bypass the plugin, give yourself or the selected player, the "dev" tag. Best use case would be for public multiplayer servers.

Shows Player with bypass tag [dev]
Shows the player with a bypass tag, they are able to move the map in the item frame

Shows Regular player unable to rotate map
Shows the player attempting to mess with the map, yet unable to do so as it doesn't have the dev tag. Even in creative he can't rotate it.
