SimpleNoChat

Completely removes chat from the server. Commands are still usable with tab-completing. A simple message appears in the server console when it is enabled.

This is the message you get when you try to chat:

!NoChat message.

Currently on Paper 1.21.x only. You may request other versions as well, as I plan to expand this project.
