Small bugfixes:

• Unused techchat classes were deleted (will be added if I will figure out how to apply it)
• %luckperms_prefix% was shown even if usePapi was set to false
• There were bugs when DiscordSRV or PlaceholderAPI were not installed

Deleted some remaining unnecessary console logs.

Hex colors in prefixes are now supported by the plugin.

Showing "%luckperms_prefix%" in chat when player didnt had prefix bug fix
