Simple God Mode

• Added command permissions to plugin.yml for compatibility

• Replaced deprecated API usage with modern equivalent.
• Minor polishing of code.

Got rid of a line of code I used during testing that I forgot to remove

First full release of the plugin.

• Added the Simplegodmode.godmode permission to use the godmode command
• Fixed the plugin listing the incorrect version in the console when starting up
