Shieldstunfix

restores the vanilla shield stun mechanic that Paper broke in 1.21.x (MC-268147).

In vanilla Minecraft, hitting a blocking player with an axe while sprinting disables their shield for 5 seconds. Paper removed this behavior — this plugin brings it back.

How it works:

• A sprinting player hits a shield-blocking player with any axe (wood → netherite)
• The defender's shield is disabled for 5 seconds (100 ticks)
• No commands, no config — just drop it in and it works
