3.11 Spigot support

From 3.11 onward, we're trying to support Spigot. For Spigot, make sure if you using spigot,use the JAR that has -Spigot in the jar—not the -Standard one.

Caution! The Spigot version isn't stable yet (we built it for Paper originally), and it might even mess with the Paper build. If you run into problems, Let us know, but 3.11 is now stable. so you can use it!

Additionally, we are initiating compatibility efforts for legacy versions, albeit at a reduced priority. The minimum supported version will be 1.12.2.

Added item manager and the template system that most people have been asking for.

Starting from Sertraline 3.10.0.0, the database system will be modified, which may result in the loss of data from the previous metadata system. This is generally not an issue, but if it does affect you, please @ me (at discord or qq) in time and I will write a migration code.

Build Runtime Version

Required Java 21.

Runtime version for normal use.

Build artifact is in plugin/build/libs folder.

./gradlew clean build

Build Api Version

The api version includes the TabooLib core, intended for developers' use but not runnable.

./gradlew clean taboolibBuildApi -PDeleteCode

The parameter -PDeleteCode indicates the removal of all logic code to reduce size.
