Seed protector (cracker stopper)
By removing a configurable percantage of structures, we should be able to stop seed cracking.

By stopping the generation of a % of structures, we are able to STOP seed cracking. This is really shitty, but it seems to work? has a config.json where you can specify which stuctures are or arent counted. along with changing the percantage (higher is more secure)
