RGBJoinLeave

This version adds the "join" and "quit" sub-items to each permission group, supports independent gradient colors. Customizable group names (key names, such as "vip", "admin"), permission nodes are "rgbjoinleave.[group name]".

**Plugin Name Change: Changed from "WelcomePlugin" to "RGBJoinLeave", which is more in line with the function.

Main Command Update: The main command is changed from /welcome to /RGBJoinLeave, and supports /rl as an abbreviation.

Variable substitution: Replace with for welcome and leave messages.

Particle effects: Display custom particle effects when joining, configurable in config.yml for type, offset, and amount.

Enhancements Configuration: Add the particles section to config.yml to support enabling/disabling and custom settings.
