Report Selection GUI
Upon running /report <user> a GUI will open where a user can select a report type

Report List
This is where the reports are stored for each user. It contains trivial data about each submission. Eventually, I'll add a filter for solved, and unsolved reports. Maybe even the option of archiving them...

Report Options
Upon clicking on a report, you are given different options. You can choose between marking the report as resolved, or deleting the report.

Report Alert
This is the alert sent whenever a report is submitted. You can toggle it on or off by adjusting permissions. Eventually, I'll add a toggle command.
