Added better gamerule support. gamerule keepInventory true now overrules any players which have keepinventory disabled for them self.

Added default KeepInventory config. Set the config in the file or with the command (as operator) /keepinventory default set true /keepinventory default set false /keepinventory default get reload the config with /keepinventory reload

fix: /keepinventory check now returns if they have not specified yet.

Fix:

• /keepinventory true now always enables keepinventory (Bug: before it would toggle)

New:

• (Requires op) /keepinventory check <player_name> tells if the player has enabled keepinventory
