Please regenerate your existing PlantNerfer plugin folder, as I have refactored the plugin.:)

Versions now supported: 1.20, 1.21.
Premade configuration file.
Many bugfixes.
Better messaging.

• Added ru locale (thanks digitalguilt!).
• 'farmed-farmland-turns-into-dirt' now applies to plants with empty configurations.
• More config.yml values are reloadable.

• 'verbose-denial' disabled for operators.
• 'verbose-denial' now enabled by default.
• Dark Bone Meal success rate now specified in the right-click message when the plant is in darkness.
• Added 'farmed-farmland-turns-into-dirt' global chance.
• Added locale support with color and formatting capabilities.
• Added de, en, es, and fr default locale files.

Fixed death rate and dark death rate behavior, Bone Meal success rate messages disabled for operators, added two new modifiers: 'needs-hoe-for-drops' and 'needs-hoe-for-farmland-retain'. Link to the custom biomes topic added to the config.yml.
