Added

- New WeatherLock module:

• Keeps lobby weather and time fixed according to config.yml.
• Supports fixed weather modes: CLEAR, RAIN, THUNDER.
• Supports fixed time presets: DAY, SUNSET, NIGHT, SUNRISE.

- New /weatherlock admin command:

• /weatherlock on|off|toggle|status
• /weatherlock weather <clear|rain|thunder> (saved to config.yml)
• /weatherlock time <day|sunset|night|sunrise> (saved to config.yml)

• New module: Hide Players
• Allows hiding all players (regular players cannot see each other).
• Bypass support for staff: bypass users can see everyone and are never hidden.

New commands

/hideplayers <on|off|toggle|status>: enables/disables the module and shows its status.
/hidebypass <on|off|toggle|status>: enables/disables your bypass (session-only).

Changed

• Version-based auto-update for config.yml and modules.yml
  • If the server file version is lower than the bundled defaults, the plugin merges missing keys from the JAR without overwriting existing settings.

Persistence

• Hide Players module state is stored in modules.yml:
• modules.hide-players: true/false
• Bypass state is not persisted (it resets on restart/reload); it is managed via permission and command during the session.
