Parafly
ParaFly is a lightweight Paper 1.21.x plugin that gives players claim-bound flight through GriefPrevention. Anyone with the permission automatically starts flying the moment they enter a claim they own or are trusted in, and loses flight when they leave
ParaFly lets players fly but only inside the GriefPrevention claims they own or are
trusted in. Flight switches on automatically as a player enters their claim and off as they
leave, with a notification each time. A flying player is held at the claim border so they
can't fly out into the wild, and each player can toggle the feature for themselves with
/claimfly. Players who can already fly elsewhere (creative, spectator, or another fly
plugin) are never affected.
