structures.ymlentries could make TP report success without placing structure. /ovstructures tpnow regenerates structure even on already-marked chunks to recover broken/legacy locations.- Keeps 1.0.4/1.0.5 fixes: cleaner chunk-edge terrain shaping, cabin/interior fixes, loot reliability, and vanilla locate fallback.

/locate+ TP flow where some predicted/older chunks could teleport but fail to spawn structure. - Admin force generation now has fallback for non-candidate legacy chunks (after config/salt changes).
- Improved locate status flag so it reflects actual stored generation at selected chunk.
