OriginChat fully supports both HEX color codes and & color codes, allowing you to format messages with vibrant colors for a visually appealing chat experience. You can use both #RRGGBB HEX values and standard Minecraft color codes (&0 to &f) anywhere in chat messages and commands.

Advanced Chat Formatting

ItemAdder Compatibility

LuckPerms Prefix Support

OriginChat integrates directly with LuckPerms for displaying player prefixes in the chat. Automatically display player ranks, permissions, or any custom prefix configured in LuckPerms, without any additional setup.

Command Range & Global Messaging

You can configure command-specific ranges (e.g., local chat) for more realistic communication between players. Global commands, like /me or /roll, will broadcast messages across the entire server. Customizable ranges and command formats are available in the configuration.

Placeholder Support

Installation & Setup

1. Download the plugin from the Modrinth or Spigot page.

5. Customize the messages.yml file to change the text of system messages and error responses.
