fix: problem with the teleportation attempt process -> when a teleportation was initiated, only one attempt was ever processed

• Improvements in searching for safe locations.
• An option called “debug” has been added to config.yml, which will allow you to see the process performed by the plugin.
• A bug with teleportation in the end has been fixed.
• The section teleport.particle_animation has been changed to teleport.particle in the rtp.yml file (See here).
• The plugin's consumption when it needs to check for an available teleportation location has been greatly reduced.
• The structure of the yaml files has changed slightly (it is advisable to make a backup if changes were made and update it afterwards; this will be the first and last time this has to be done manually).
