Run Modifiers

• Added per-run dungeon modifiers: Treasure Surge, Blood Moon, Frostbite, and Titanic Boss.
• Modifiers are now rolled automatically by dungeon tier and hard mode pressure.

Gameplay Impact

• Run modifiers now affect token rewards, room chest roll counts, boss health/damage scaling, and live room pressure.
• Blood Moon empowers nearby room mobs during the run.
• Frostbite adds constant cold pressure to party movement.

UX

• Added run modifier visibility to /dungeon info and /dungeon list so party leaders can read the run state instantly.
