• Fixed dungeon runs auto-completing without a boss fight when the boss entity became temporarily invalid (chunk unload/unload-like state).
• Added boss recovery logic with safe re-acquire/respawn flow so encounters no longer end instantly without combat.
• Added boss-area chunk ticket handling to keep boss encounter chunks loaded during active instances.
• Improved loot quality: rarity fallback now degrades intelligently by tier instead of dropping trivial low-value fallback items.
• Reworked boss rewards with tier-scaled guaranteed rarity, tier-aware bonus drops, and extra hard-mode token rewards.
