- Added config changes
- Added config reloading command (nearly certain this works 100% of the time)
- Fixed color bugs with specific cells (I think)
- Added Config class to centralize the config info
- Added suggestions for time formats (both relative and date formats)
- Added min and max values (basically a clamp config) for player activity to be recorded in the database
