A heatmap plugin built on top of dynmap

Adds configurable options for minecarts speeds so long as the player is riding on the cart and the cart is named.

A simple speedometer that updates every 20 ticks (1 second). Configuration of where the text is displayed is not currently supported, but in theory could be implemented easily.

Creates an end portal lightning sound combination when you try to create the aether portal
