LukAdminChat

This plugin adds an in-game admin chat. By default you can type in the admin chat by adding an exclamation mark(!) in front of your message, though it can be configured in the config.yml file.

By default everyone that has OP can see and use the admin chat, but you can add the permission "lukadminchat.use" to the player via LuckPerms or a similar plugin to make the player be able to see and use the admin chat.

You can also configure the appearance of the messages in the config.yml file
