Literally Nothing Resource Pack
The pack just replaces the splash text with "Literally Nothing!".
Literally Nothing Shaders
Shaders do remove all block textures, but stuff like entities are still visible. For example, YOU SEE: Sheep, Zombie, Grass, Chest, Signs, Buttons, Item frames, Mobs, Animals, .... YOU CAN'T SEE: Blocks, Dirt, Slabs, etc.
How I did it?
There is Literally none code. That's the explanation for why it works everywhere! I made all the configs for all mod loaders, servers, shaders, resource packs, ...
