LightShowRegion

Previously, there was an incorrect link to the player, because of this, his location was old, there could be a problem that the previous region is displayed.

Added:

• WorldGuard Support. The PlaceholderAPI is no longer used to display the region.

• The reload bar command to reload actionbar, reload bossbar or reload bars. There are separate permissions for each of them.

• Added placeholder %value% for region.global The message will now also indicate the set state
