Player Disable Feature:

• Added a new feature to disable plugin functionality for specific players.

• Players added to the disabled-players list in the config will not trigger any plugin actions (e.g., hologram creation or block removal) when placing blocks.

Hologram Cleanup System (Hologram Check-Cleanup):

• Now, holograms created by the plugin are regularly checked, and unnecessary ones (e.g., if block remove is disabled or there are leftover holograms) are automatically cleaned up.
