LavaFloor — The Floor is Lava

After a short build phase, a flood level climbs one step at a time on a timer. Stay above it or die. Last player standing wins — or, playing solo, outlast the flood until it peaks.

Features

• Rising flood of LAVA or WATER, placed block-by-block so it's actually visible — with block-physics disabled to keep flow under control.
• Nuclear water mode — sickly-green particle haze, rising smoke, and poison / wither / blindness / hunger on contact.
• Difficulty presets — /lf start <chill|classic|frenzy|insane> bundles interval, acceleration, damage, grace time, drop rate and PvP into one pick.
• Editable & accelerating timer — change the rise interval live with /lf setinterval, and let it shave down every step so games never stalemate.
• Building kits & supply drops — every player gets a kit when the flood starts; glowing crates then fall near a random survivor, sometimes carrying a power-up.
• Power-ups (right-click) — Pocket Platform, Launch Pad, Updraft, Bulwark, Glider, and a Cryo Charge that freezes the flood for everyone.
• PvP shove — knock rivals into the tide; kills are credited ("shoved into the lava by …") and tracked.
• Live HUD — a personal altitude boss bar, a sidebar scoreboard, tab-list header/footer, an action-bar gauge, milestone shouts and a danger heartbeat.
• Persistent stats — wins, games, win rate, best survival time, best climb, shoves, a /lf stats leaderboard and personal-best callouts.
• Reward commands run per winner on game end.
• Self-cleaning — full arena rebuild and inventory (incl. armor & offhand) restore when the game ends.

/lf stats is open to everyone; the rest need lavafloor.admin (op by default).

Setup

1. Drop the jar in plugins/ and start the server (Paper).
2. Stand at two opposite corners of your arena and run /lf pos1 and /lf pos2 — or skip it and a cube around world spawn is used.
3. /lf start (or /lf start insane). Everything else lives in config.yml.
