New in this release is the ability to set permissions per individual trail, thanks to @Michael for the PR on this one!

Make sure to set the permission iotrails.trail.* to keep the same behavior as before. Alternatively, set separate permissions as you see fit.

• Fixed two duplicated trail names.
• Fixed a compilation error.
• Added bStats for usage stats.

This release includes 12 new trails while 2 have been removed, bringing the new total to 34! These cover new particles added to the game since the last update, and also introduces trails able to mix several particle types for a flashier effect.
