Update v0.0.4: The Folia & Performance Update

This is a massive update that rewrites the core architecture of the plugin to support modern server software and improve visuals.

🚀 Core & Performance:

Full Folia Support: The plugin now natively supports Folia. We implemented a custom SchedulerFactory that automatically detects your server type.

Optimization: Codebase refactored to strict Java standards. Removed legacy checks and optimized event listeners for maximum performance.

Smart Visibility:

Sneak to Hide: Messages automatically vanish when a player holds Shift (Sneak).

Vanish Support: Admin messages while in Vanish will no longer create invisible bubbles that give away your position.

⚙️ Configuration:

Bilingual Config: The config.yml now includes comments in both English and Russian.
