1. Update aimed at optimizing the plugin under high load

1. Improved the 'redstone-grid' module and another part of the machine's cyclic lags was fixed by adding a new smart 'dustTower' pattern
2. The config was spread across modules/example_module.yml files

1. Added spam check with a lever
2. Added check for a new type of piston lag machines
3. Optimization and minor code fixes
4. Updated the logging system, also added /hantilagmachines restore to restore a broken mechanism
5. Now clicking on a sign will display information about the lag machine to the admin
