this plugin makes the "seek" goat horn do something mysterious, when you blow the horn it gives any player within 50 blocks the blindness effect. this can be a very eerie effect for a video for example if you want somebody to seem scary or powerful like in Parrots video of the "Tome Of The Mafia" on Unstable SMP
