Hello everyone! Special update, this one was coded on stream! Enjoy!

Made item destruction more reliable in certain cases
Added a toggle for item collection per-hopper instead of having one server-wide toggle
Fixed filter not working when an item is put straight into the hopper
Changed to ItemSpawnEvent for chunk and radius collection for better compatibility
Fixed "Destroyed Items" metric never being incremented and thus staying at 0 on bStats
