Filtering Hoppers

Hey everyone, it's been a LONG while! I come back to you with important changes!

• Fixed dupe glitch with chunk collection
• Fixed item destruction oversight (when a hopper is full it will no longer take in items, if it can still take a certain kind of item it'll fill itself then drop the remainder!)
• Massive code cleanup which should bring in some optimization

Hey everyone, it's been a while since I last updated FH! Today's a big day, we switch to Paper! And fix a few problems... Or just one, actually.

• Switched from Spigot 1.21.8 to Paper 1.21.10
• Fixed filters not saving when closing the menu.
• Fixed plugin wrongfully attempting to save the filter when closing a chest

Hey, it's been a loong while since the last Filtering Hoppers update (almost a year, can you believe it?!) I've come to bring amazing news!

• Fixed the filter inventory sometimes not opening
• Fixed stacks of items not going through the hoppers even if it's in the filter

• Removed console spam from the filter being sometimes empty
