• Full architecture cleanup
• Fake chunk pipeline refactored for Folia-safe scheduling and clearer player session handling
• Packet interception and chunk flow simplified to reduce race conditions and improve consistency.
• Cache implemented via Caffeine

Needs regenerate ExtendedHorizons plugin folder.
