📕 Enchant Handler (with Enchant Caps) This plugin allows players to combine enchantments in anvils without normal level restrictions, while still enforcing reasonable caps to maintain balance.

✅ Features Fully unrestricted anvil combining behavior (even over vanilla level limits)

Caps specific enchantments to prevent extreme stacking:

Unbreaking, Sharpness, Knockback, Riptide → max level 10

All types of Protection (regular, fire, blast, projectile, feather falling) → max level 10

Efficiency, Quick Charge → max level 5

Works with both enchanted books and regular items

Automatically removes conflicting protection types (only one allowed)
