Dynamic Reloading and List

this version comes with a lot of changes to commands and user friendlyness

you can use /ee or /emojiexpress and they will give the same command options

/ee reload (requires permission emojiexpress.reload):

Will reload the config file, this means you can add your new emojis without restarting your server just run this command and it'll update

/ee list (can be run by anyone):

Will open a book in the players GUI (it wont give them the book in their inventory), the book will contain a list of all of the emojis and how to use them.

This version contains the jar file for the entire plugin which comes baked with an extensive config file containing 127 emojis backwards compatable with discord by default!
