• Deleting a category now also deletes its items, and asks for confirmation (shift-click twice)

Bug Fixes

• Fixed deleted categories leaving their items invisible but still sellable — players could sell items that were no longer in the shop (thanks mercuri)
• Items orphaned by category deletes on older versions are cleaned up automatically on first startup
